As a Sr. Analyst on our Enterprise BI Data Products & Governance team, you'll be the go-to expert for ensuring data integrity, transparency, and usability across our enterprise system, especially those that power our sales compensation platforms. You'll partner with business and technical teams to curate, validate, and optimize data that drives real business impact.

Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Be the data subject matter expert—know it, love it, explain it.
  • Curate and validate data that feeds into sales compensation systems.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and data models.
  • Collaborating across teams: Sales Comp, HRBPs, Data Engineering, Reporting.
  • Own the data lifecycle: discovery, profiling, testing, documentation.
  • Build and execute UAT plans and ensure data quality through QA checks.
  • Provide transparency and alerts to upstream data owners.
  • Drive proactive improvements and suggest enhancements to data systems.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring

Must-Have Skills:

  • SQL & Python mastery
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise systems
  • Data modeling & architecture know-how
  • Operational data maintenance & manipulation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Technical documentation & system design translation

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Tableau or Power BI experience
  • Familiarity with Databricks
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle
