We're Growing Join our Meta Store Retail team at Ala Moana Center, in Honolulu, Hawaii, as we bring Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses and Meta Quest mixed reality to life at our Meta Brand kiosk in Ala Moana Center. This pop-up concept is a launchpad for our permanent retail store, and we're seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead this exciting journey.

As the Meta Lab Assl. Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading the team and overseeing all aspects of store operations. You are a highly capable leader, skilled in technical problem-solving, people development, and operational strategy. You'll ensure the store is well-stocked, fully functional, and consistently delivers a best-in-class customer experience through immersive product demos. You'll also partner with Meta's technical and retail teams to refine and execute operational strategies, ensuring excellence in sales, service, and training.

Paid training will take place the week of November 10th, and the store is scheduled to open the week of November 24th. These dates are tentative, and you must have full availability for training.

Minimum Pay: USD $75,000.00/Yr. Maximum Pay: USD $82,000.00/Yr. Additional Compensation:

Up to 8% annual bonus paid quarterly

What You'll Do:

• Lead a high-performing team that delivers world-class customer experiences through immersive, hands-on demos of wearable and mixed-reality products
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction with every engagement
• Serve as a brand ambassador and subject matter expert for all things Meta
• Ensure operational excellence, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, team scheduling, and performance reporting
• Recruit, train, and coach team members to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth
• Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Promote a customer-first mindset, ensuring every interaction reflects Meta's commitment to innovation and service

What You'll Bring:

Experience and Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of retail sales management experience required
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in retail required
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop retail teams.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong leadership and people development capabilities
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and conflict resolution
• Strategic thinker with strong judgment and decision-making abilities
• Highly organized with strong time management and technical troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
• Flexible availability and ability to be on-call as needed

The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
