THE ROLE: STRATEGIC PARTNER MANAGER

Build the Ecosystem That Will Shape Qvinci's Next Stage of Growth.

We are seeking a
Strategic Partner Manager
to own and expand Qvinci's
Referral, Reseller, and Embedded Partner Programs
— one of the most important growth engines in the company.

You will recruit, develop, and accelerate partnerships with
:

ü Mid-to-large accounting firms

ü Technology providers

ü Financial and operational consultants

ü Franchise advisors & consultants

ü Software resellers

ü Private-label and embedded solution partners

This is a
hands-on, relationship-driven, business-building role
— ideal for someone who loves creating partner value, driving revenue, and working cross-functionally to scale a fast-growing SaaS company.

This role sits at the intersection of
sales, strategy, enablement, marketing, and product innovation.

WHO YOU ARE – MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALITIES

A Proven Partner & Channel Leader

You've successfully built or scaled partner programs in a SaaS B2B environment, including:

  • Referral networks
  • Reseller programs
  • Embedded/white-label partnerships
  • Co-selling and co-marketing frameworks

You understand channel dynamics deeply — incentives, commissions, partner margins, joint value propositions, and the enablement motions required to produce revenue.

A Strategic Business Developer

You know how to:

ü Recruit high-value partners

ü Build long-term trust

ü Teach partners how to sell and position software

ü Create win-win revenue opportunities

ü Drive adoption, engagement, and pipeline generation

A Skilled Operator

You bring experience in:

ü Designing partner onboarding and enablement systems

ü Managing pipelines inside Salesforce

ü Tracking revenue attribution and partner performance

ü Running QBRs, training, webinars, and partner communications

MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ü 4+ years in channel, partner, or business development roles in B2B SaaS

ü Experience managing referral, reseller, or embedded partnerships that generated measurable ARR

ü Strong understanding of partner incentives, reseller margins, & revenue-share models

ü Experience within financial software ecosystems (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, etc.) strongly preferred

ü Proficiency with Salesforce CRM

ü Strong analytical skills and comfort with KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking

ü Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner Acquisition & Growth

ü Recruit, evaluate, and onboard referral, reseller, and embedded partners

ü Penetrate new verticals and markets with strategic partnerships

ü Build and manage a high-performing partner pipeline

Enablement & Activation

ü Develop onboarding frameworks and partner training programs

ü Create co-marketing and co-selling campaigns

ü Equip partners with playbooks, tools, ROI models, and sales assets

Pipeline Management & Reporting

ü Track partner registration, attribution, and engagement within Salesforce

ü Report on partner performance, revenue impact, and growth opportunities

ü Monitor KPIs such as partner-driven ARR, active partners, and sales velocity

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

ü Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success

ü Align partner strategies with Qvinci's growth objectives

ü Participate in go-to-market initiatives and industry events

Evangelism & Brand Representation

ü Represent Qvinci at conferences, webinars, partner showcases, and networking events

ü Strengthen relationships with key influencers in accounting, franchising, consulting, and technology
