Job Type: Full-time, Non-exempt (overtime eligible), 100% Onsite

Pay Rate: $22.00-$22.00 per hour

Hours: M-F, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Position Summary

Aertssen Logistics USA, Inc. is expanding its operations to Tacoma, WA, and seeking an energetic Shipper/Receiver to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading various types of machines onto and off trucks. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems, forklift operation, aerial work platforms, and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using loading bridges or other equipment in very tight areas.
• Verify the serial numbers for accuracy to ensure the correct machines are loaded.
• Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory movement.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

All this is always carried out in accordance with our company's quality, environmental, and health policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Shipper/Receiver or in a similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in operating loading bridges and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Compensation

• Hourly range: $22.00 – $22.00 per hour (non-exempt, overtime eligible)

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm, half an hour unpaid meal break, overtime may be required
