Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and take their food and drink orders

- Serve food and beverages to guests

- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next customers

- Operate cash registers and handle payments accurately

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or special requests

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas

Skills

- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to help customers with menu selections

- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus

- Knowledge of culinary terms and dishes is advantageous

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

- Sales skills to promote menu items and upsell when appropriate

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $1,000.00 per week
