Alphalete Marketing is a sales and marketing firm dedicated to providing quality services to local customers. This role will allow you to work directly with customers, promote our clients' products and services, and make a tangible impact. The Client Relations Representative will act as a liaison between our clients and the customers with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers
  • Represent the brand through direct marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members
  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and sales interactions
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer relations
  • Promote products to generate new sales

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles (restaurant/service industry, retail, sales, customer service) preferred
  • Sales/customer service/marketing experience is a plus
