Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support while driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as we serve a diverse clientele. This position is commission based and earning potential is wide open. The service we are selling is auto glass replacement which will involve customer interaction by internet, phone, and in person. In addition, lead generation is an essential element to success in this role. Training is provided but previous sales experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Engage with customers through outbound calling to promote products and services, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist clients with their needs, offering tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, data entry, and follow-up actions in our systems.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create reports and manage customer information effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall client services.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles.
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a significant advantage; fluency in English is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills for data management tasks.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
