Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Greeting

  • Greet every walk-in within 10 seconds of entry with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Offer tailored support to each client, guiding them through collections and product selections.
  • Maintain a high standard of hospitality to ensure each visit feels exclusive and personalized.

Client Management

  • Build, maintain, and update VIP profiles, including purchase history, style preferences, and sizing.
  • Schedule and coordinate private shopping appointments for top clients.
  • Record meaningful client interactions and insights to support future engagement.

Clienteling & Outreach

  • Perform a minimum of 3 proactive client reach-outs per shift (text, DM, or call).
  • Follow up post-sale to drive retention, referrals, and five-star reviews.
  • Support store marketing initiatives through personalized outreach campaigns.

Sales Execution

  • Assist, pitch, and confidently close sales while maintaining brand standards.
  • Handle objections with professionalism and seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
