Qualifications:

The ideal attorney will have:

  • 3-5 years of estate planning and/or tax associate experience.
  • Must have a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Ohio and/or Kentucky bar.
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, other estate documents, and all probate and estate matters.
  • Experience in providing counsel on individual, fiduciary, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
