About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business One Functional Consultant to support a light manufacturing and resale company. This is a long-term remote engagement focused on optimizing and enhancing core business processes, including sales, procurement, inventory management, accounting, and light production.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of SAP Business One end-to-end processes and experience configuring and supporting modules that integrate operational and financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and document functional requirements.
  • Configure, test, and support SAP Business One modules including:

Sales & Distribution (SD)

Procurement (Purchasing/AP)

Inventory & Warehouse Management

Light Manufacturing / Production Orders

Financials (GL, AR, AP)

Basic CRM and Customer Master Data

Develop and maintain reports, queries, and dashboards for performance tracking.

Support data migration, system integration, and process automation initiatives.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and user requests.

Train end users and create functional documentation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One (HANA or SQL version).
  • Proven track record in sales, procurement, inventory, accounting, and light manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with add-ons, Crystal Reports, and Boyum tools preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business workflows and integration points across modules.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, IT, or related field preferred.
