About the Role
The Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing and supporting Epic's Revenue Cycle applications, including Epic Resolute, Cadence, and other related modules. This position is responsible for ensuring system efficiency, aligning IT capabilities with operational needs, and serving as a strategic liaison between Revenue Cycle Operations and IT. The Senior Analyst will lead system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and support revenue cycle initiatives that drive financial and operational success.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
- Oversees system configuration, enhancements, and maintenance for Epic Revenue Cycle applications.
- Collaborates with IT and Revenue Cycle teams to troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions.
- Ensures accurate system functionality to support patient registration, scheduling, billing, claims, and collections.
Monitors system performance and proactively recommend improvements to enhance operational workflows.
Acts as a key liaison between Revenue Cycle Operations, IT, and clinical teams to align system functionality with business needs.
- Participates in Epic system upgrades, testing, and new implementations, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Leads discussions with stakeholders on workflow improvements, system changes, and revenue cycle enhancements.
- Develops and deliver training to Revenue Cycle and IT staff on Epic system updates and best practices.
- Maintains comprehensive documentation on workflows, system configurations, and training materials.
- Ensures compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and other regulatory requirements impacting revenue cycle operations.
Qualifications:
What You'll Bring
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, Epic system support, or IT analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Epic Revenue Cycle modules, including Resolute Professional/ Hospital Billing, Cadence, and Prelude.
- Proven experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Ability to analyze complex workflows and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is PS-30S: $89, $108, $129,432.00 per year, in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
