We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook/Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This dual-role position is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen and ensuring that our food service meets the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in culinary arts, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

*Duties*

  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.

  • Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.

  • Help with bussing tables and ensuring dining areas are clean and ready for guests.

  • Support banquet preparations as needed, ensuring timely service during events.

  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

*Qualifications*

  • Previous experience in food service or kitchen environments is preferred but not required.

  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking and food preparation.

  • Ability to clean effectively and maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen.

  • Experience with banquet service is a plus.

  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with others.

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
