Braze Administrator / Marketing Automation Technical Producer

Position Overview

We are seeking a
Braze Administrator / Marketing Automation Technical Producer
to lead the technical execution of sophisticated, cross-channel marketing campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical implementation, translating creative concepts into fully realized campaigns within Braze. You will own campaign setup, journey orchestration, personalization logic, data integrations, and performance optimization, ensuring campaigns deliver exceptional engagement and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across
    Braze automation
    , including push notifications, in-app messages, and inbox/context cards.
  • Translate marketing strategy and campaign concepts into technical workflows, orchestrating journeys using
    Braze Canvas
    .
  • Apply
    Liquid logic
    to deliver personalized and dynamic messaging across multiple channels.
  • Manage data integration, segmentation, and campaign targeting to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Conduct thorough
    QA/testing
    and manage campaign deployment, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to best practices.
  • Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with analytics and CRM teams to implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Act as a proactive contributor, identifying opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness, automation processes, and system utilization.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and data teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with
    Braze
    , including
    Canvas journey orchestration, Liquid personalization logic, push/inbox messaging, and data management
    .
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts and CRM principles.
  • Ability to translate creative campaign ideas into technically precise, executable workflows.
  • Experience in campaign QA/testing, deployment, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Proficient in data-driven campaign optimization and marketing analytics interpretation.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, and collaborative; thrives in a cross-functional team environment.
