Land Surveyor – Seacoast, NH Area (Portsmouth Region)
Our client, a well-established civil engineering and land development firm, is looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join their team in the Seacoast, NH region. Candidates within commuting distance of Portsmouth, Dover, Exeter, Rochester, or southern Maine/northern Massachusetts are encouraged to apply.
About the Role
You'll support a variety of land development and infrastructure projects across New Hampshire and nearby states. The ideal candidate has solid field and office experience, enjoys teamwork, and takes pride in producing accurate, detailed survey work.
Responsibilities
- Perform boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
- Operate GPS, total stations, and data collectors
- Process field data and prepare clear survey plans and drawings
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients
- Ensure all work meets state and federal survey standards
Qualifications
- Licensed Land Surveyor (LLS) in New Hampshire, or eligibility for licensure
- Strong technical and field surveying experience
- Proficiency with Civil 3D or similar survey software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
