Absolute Necessities is a well-established spa in the Milwaukee area, proudly serving clients for nearly 30 years. We specialize in Stress Relief Massage, and also offer Hot Stone, Cupping and Raindrop therapy.

We are looking for someone positive, professional, and passionate about massage therapy to provide exceptional client experiences. Our spa has a loyal clientele and a team of long-term employees who love what they do, you'll be joining a supportive, friendly environment where your skills are valued.

Pay: Commission-based after a probationary period.

Schedule: We are open Tuesday – Saturday, so candidates must be available nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality massage services and excellent client care

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including all equipment, tools, and treatment rooms

  • Use cleaning agents, disinfectants, and supplies responsibly

  • Assist with light chores and other tasks as needed

Helpful Skills:

  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Organized and time-efficient

  • Friendly, professional, and client-focused

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
