Front Page Agency has recently expanded to Fort Worth and we are hiring Entry-Level Consultants to join our growing team this November. This expansion opens new opportunities for ambitious individuals who want to launch a career in consulting and sales. The role includes 3–6 months of structured training designed to teach you how to sell, consult with customers, and support client growth. No prior consulting experience is required — we provide the tools, mentorship, and career path to set you up for success.

What You'll Do

  • Learn how to consult with customers and deliver customized telecom solutions
  • Work directly with clients on high-value accounts
  • Participate in daily sales and consulting training sessions
  • Build expertise in business strategy, customer acquisition, and market expansion
  • Gain the foundation to launch a long-term consulting career

What You'll Earn

  • Health stipend, paid time off, and performance incentives
  • Year 1 average: $40,000–$75,000
  • Fast-track earnings potential: $100,000–$170,000+
