An SAP GRC Process Control consultant designs, implements, and maintains solutions for compliance and risk management within SAP systems. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, developing process controls, configuring automated monitoring, and supporting audit processes. They also collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide training, and troubleshoot issues to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. 
 

Key roles and responsibilities
Design and implementation:
Design, configure, and implement SAP GRC Process Control solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements. 
Develop and maintain automated monitoring rules, control testing workflows, and approval processes. 
Ensure seamless integration of SAP GRC with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems. 
Risk and compliance management:
Conduct risk assessments and identify control gaps within SAP systems. 
Develop and implement process controls to ensure compliance with regulations like SOX and GDPR. 
Monitor, track, and report on compliance status and risk exposure. 
Support and maintenance:
Provide day-to-day technical support for SAP GRC Process Control issues. 
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to configurations and workflows. 
Support ongoing audit processes by preparing documentation and compliance evidence. 
Collaboration and training:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP Basis, Security, and Functional teams. 
Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders on GRC tools and processes. 
Communicate with stakeholders on risk and compliance matters. 
Continuous improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and SAP security developments. 
Identify improvement opportunities and implement new features and optimizations.
