YOUR SCHEDULE

This hospitality position offers full-time and part-time schedules, with varying shifts but always within our business hours.

YOUR DAY

As our full-time or part-time Barback - Bar Porter, you'll restock liquor, glassware, ice, and other supplies to ensure bartenders can focus on serving guests. You'll also maintain the cleanliness of the bar area by wiping surfaces, washing glassware, and removing trash and recycling. Additionally, you'll assist with preparing garnishes, organizing inventory, and helping wherever needed to support the team. Your role is essential to maintaining the high standards Mélange is known for.
