Golden Lighting is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is the perfect launchpad for a recent college graduate or current student looking to build a career in business operations and sales. What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities):

1. Be the "Data Detective" (Reporting & Analysis)

  • Manage and audit our eCAT system to ensure product data is 100% accurate.
  • Use your love for numbers to build and maintain sales reports in Excel. You'll track trends, spot opportunities, and keep the team informed.
  • Turn raw data into actionable insights for the sales team.

2. Drive Sales Operations

  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure our product launches and promotions run smoothly.
  • Take initiative on special team projects—we love it when you find a better way to do things
