What Youll Do

• Supervise contractors and ensure all property services meet company standards
• Communicate with tenants daily, post rents, and issue notices as needed
• Show and lease units, process applications, and prepare rental agreements
• Conduct thorough daily property inspections, address repair needs, and handle light maintenance
• Maintain pristine grounds and common areas to reflect a high-quality living experience

Required Qualifications Must-Haves

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on onsite apartment management experience managing a multi-unit property
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English for effective tenant communication
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property management regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with AppFolio preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and tasks independently
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated hands-on light cleaning
• No smoking and no pets for onsite manager housing
