BeefCake Jerky is one of the fastest-growing premium meat snack brands in the country — built by creators and fueled by hard work. We're not your typical jerky company. We partner with top influencers, athletes, and outdoor personalities to bring bold flavors and unmatched energy to the snack aisle.

We're now expanding into convenience stores, grocery chains, gyms, golf courses, and outdoor retailers nationwide, and we're looking for a Sales Representative who's ready to hit the ground running and help us grow the BeefCake brand coast-to-coast.

The Role

We're looking for a driven, experienced, and relationship-oriented Sales Representative to grow retail distribution for BeefCake Jerky.

This person should have a proven track record in CPG sales and a passion for building relationships, hunting new accounts, and closing deals. You'll be the face of BeefCake to our retail partners — someone who brings both energy and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close new retail accounts across convenience, grocery, fitness, and specialty channels.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts to increase sell-through and product placement.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demos with buyers and decision-makers.
  • Represent BeefCake Jerky at trade shows, events, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline — from lead generation through follow-up.
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to align promotions and product launches with retail opportunities.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales progress, pipeline status, and market feedback.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of BeefCake products, pricing, and distribution channels.
  • Bring creative ideas to help push the brand into new markets and categories.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in CPG or food/beverage sales.
  • Existing buyer relationships in convenience, grocery, or health/fitness channels preferred.
  • Proven ability to close deals and hit or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — both in-person and virtual.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for account visits, trade shows, and events.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting software (HubSpot, Monday, etc.).
