Project Manager / Event Coordinator

Full-Time | Growth-Focused Role

Overview

We're looking for a motivated and organized Project Manager who also has experience in event planning (or a genuine interest in learning it). This role is perfect for someone who's eager to be mentored by a seasoned business-growth professional and ready to take ownership of meaningful projects across operations, marketing, and event coordination.

What You'll Do

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of various business projects from kickoff to completion.
  • Assist with developing project timelines, organizing tasks, and ensuring deliverables stay on track.
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, events, meetings, and community engagements (venue scheduling, materials, vendors, décor, run-of-show, etc.).
  • Maintain organized project documentation, spreadsheets, checklists, and progress reports.
  • Communicate with team members, contractors, partners, and service providers to keep everyone aligned.
  • Help track progress, identify roadblocks early, and contribute to effective solutions.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and status updates.
  • Conduct occasional on-site visits to ensure projects and events are executed according to expectations.
  • Assist in building and improving internal processes that support business growth and client experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in project management and/or event planning — or a strong desire to learn both.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple moving pieces.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Comfortable collaborating with others and receiving mentorship from leadership.
  • Tech-savvy with basic competency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and task management tools.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and enjoys helping businesses grow.

Bonus Points (Not Required)

  • Experience in marketing, operations, administration, or community engagement.
  • Graphic design, social media, or creative planning skills.
