As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and offering a reassuring presence. This position is primarily a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal's driver policy. You will conduct routine vehicle patrols, remain visible to help foster a secure environment, and provide outstanding customer service while communicating clearly with tenants and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Observe and report any security-related irregularities, such as property damage, theft, or unusual activity, to the appropriate contacts.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors as needed.
• Assist in controlling access to the location as directed by site-specific policies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all patrols and security-related incidents encountered during assigned shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
