Position Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and managing contracts
  • Understanding contract law and legal terminology
  • Communicating legal concepts clearly
  • Utilizing contract management systems
  • Working independently and managing multiple tasks

Position Essential Job Functions

  • Associates in paralegal studies from a nationally accredited program required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract review
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills

Position Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with contract management systems
