Overview

The Happy Team Member role is an optional add-on assignment available to current Premier Swim Academy staff who are enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about creating an exceptional family experience. This role supports on-site marketing efforts, community engagement, and the overall "happy, high-energy" atmosphere our locations are known for.

Happy Team Members work in partnership with the General Manager and Marketing Manager to bring our brand to life by capturing meaningful moments, supporting event execution, and engaging with swimmers and families.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the General Manager and Marketing Manager, the Happy Team Member will:

  • Capture and post social media content highlighting daily operations, programs, swimmers, instructors, and memorable moments.
  • Support the planning, setup, and execution of community events, in-house activities, and special events hosted at the swim school.
  • Lead monthly arts & crafts activities for swimmers and families, contributing to a fun and welcoming lobby experience.
  • Provide consistent content, updates, and deliverables to both the General Manager and Marketing Manager according to an established schedule.
  • Assist with additional marketing or event-related tasks as assigned by the General Manager or Marketing Manager.
