Field RN's are needed for Home Health Care Agency. Must have strong clinical background and critical thinking skills. Must be effective communicator, able to multitask and work independently one on one with clients at their place of residency. We offer flexible schedule, electronic documentation, friendly and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

As a Nurse you will

  • Provide comprehensive and effective nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process and standards of care.
  • Plan and organize care with interdisciplinary team members.
  • Provide education on preventative measure aiming to reduce hospitalizations
  • Complete all clinical documentation in accordance with agency protocol and Medicare/Federal guidelines

Education and Work Experience:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • An RN degree is required
  • Current nursing license in good standing is required
  • One to two years recent clinical experience is preferred.
  • Previous Private Duty/Home Health Care experience is preferred.
  • Current CPR is required.
  • Current driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation is required
