The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, can shift priorities quickly, and demonstrates strong coordination, facilitation, and instructional design capabilities. This role will support end-to-end delivery of training programs, including content preparation, LMS administration, session scheduling, and participant communication. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams yet be comfortable working independently with minimal oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery & FacilitationFacilitate engaging virtual and/or in-person learning sessions for diverse employee groupsServe as the point of contact during live sessions, ensuring smooth execution and high participant engagementManage program pre-work, communications, and scheduling for participants and facilitatorsCoordinate logistics such as training calendars, enrollment, session setup, and tracking of attendance/completion.LMS AdministrationUpload, test, and publish learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS)Set up learning paths, track completion data, run reports, and troubleshoot user issues.Partner with compliance teams to ensure required trainings meet documentation and retention standards.Instructional Design & Content DevelopmentPartner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and internal teams to support learning initiatives.Assist in designing and developing training materials, including slide decks, learner guides, job aids, and practice activities.Provide input on curriculum enhancements based on learner feedback and business needs.This is a hybrid role; The selected candidate is expected to come into the office 2-3 days per week.]:pointer-events-auto [content-visibility:auto] supports-[content-visibility:auto]:[contain-intrinsic-size:auto_100lvh] scroll-mt-[calc(var(--header-height)+min(200px,max(70px,20svh)))]" dir="auto" tabindex="-1" data-turn-id="request-WEB:8f23f57b-9640-4ae b438bf48f9-1" data-testid="conversation-turn-4" data-scroll-anchor="true" data-turn="assistant">Required QualificationsUS Citizenship OR Permanent Resident.BS or BA with 6+ months of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Training, or related field OR Masters with 3+ months of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Training, OR associate degree with 3 years Learning & Development, Talent Management, Training, or related field OR high school diploma with 6 years of Learning & Development, Talent Management, Training, or related fieldExperience administering and generating reports from HR platform Systems such as LMS, ATS, HRIS, or similar HR systems.Desired QualificationsBS or BA with 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Training, or related field OR Masters with 2+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Training, or related field.Experience supporting or administering LMS platforms (e.g., Absorb, Cornerstone, Dayforce, Docebo, Workday Learning etc.).Experience coordinating training programs, including scheduling and communications.Familiarity with virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, etc.).Exposure to instructional design principles or adult learning methodologies.Basic skills in creating digital learning assets (e.g., graphics, microlearning, simple videos, or e-learning modules)Solid facilitation skills, with the ability to present confidently.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.OverviewNoblis and our wholly owned subsidiaries, Noblis ESI, and Noblis MSD tackle the nation's toughest problems and apply advanced solutions to our clients' most critical missions. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked.
