to supervise and support all building operators and HVAC field personnel who perform maintenance, diagnostic, repairs, as well as office personnel, to ensure customers are provided with superior quality service.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all maintenance and service work for our commercial contract holders.
  • Evaluate the accuracy of diagnostics while reviewing invoices to ensure appropriate billing.
  • Monitor task completion through time tracking and provide technical support both in and out of the office.
  • Develop and sustain ongoing monthly training while emphasizing safety in all aspects of work.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure that each client enjoys a positive experience with the services rendered, while also assessing projections and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain the relationship between Atlantic Refrigeration and each commercial customer by exceeding their expectations.
  • Responsible for the commercial side of the P&L to help identify areas for improvement.
  • This position also entails responsibilities related to hiring and, if necessary, terminating personnel and ensuring adherence to proper documentation protocols.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of (management) experience preferred
  • 10+ years of working experience preferred
  • Able to read and understand a P&L statement
  • Strong and in-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Ability to motivate, manage, and train a team of HVAC maintenance technicians, service technicians, and dispatchers
  • Ability to create strategy and goals for team productivity and quality of work
  • Ability to read, interpret, utilize and train on manuals, schematics and control circuits related to HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Knowledge of state and local codes
  • Outstanding customer service and sales skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with computers, phones, and other office equipment
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while under pressure
  • Strong troubleshooting and conflict resolution skills
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • May be required to pass a drug test
