We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sales Specialist/Health Coach to join our team. This role is key to supporting clients through their weight loss journey and/or wellness journey (if interested in Hormone Replacement, Anti-Aging, Joint Regeneration, and Hair Restoration) by providing education, coaching, and personalized support—while also helping to grow the practice through strong consultative sales. If interested in the wellness journey sales/support, we will provide full education and training for that aspect as well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial sales consultations to educate and enroll clients into our program
  • Provide personalized health coaching sessions based on our structured program
  • Ensure clients stay on track to meet their weight loss and wellness goals
  • Track, follow up, and convert incoming leads via phone, web, and in-person
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records and health progress
  • Handle general administrative duties including scheduling, data entry, filing, and follow-up
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally—both in-person and over the phone
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth, supportive client experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE previous experience in sales, nutrition, personal training, health coaching, exercise class instruction, or health and wellness
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a talent for building rapport
  • Familiarity with Google Suites (Drive, Docs, Gmail) and CRM software
  • Passion for health and wellness and helping others succeed
  • Strong follow-up and lead tracking skills—sales follow-through is a must
  • Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and highly accountable
  • Ability to multi-task and manage responsibilities efficiently
  • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on new tasks as needed
