We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Communications Specialist to support the development, coordination, and execution of internal and external communications. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our messaging is consistent, strategic, and aligned with our organizational goals. You will work closely with leadership teams to shape content, strengthen brand positioning, and support key initiatives across the academy.
Responsibilities
Develop clear, compelling written content for announcements, newsletters, internal communications, training materials, and organizational updates.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels and materials.
Coordinate communication calendars to ensure timely delivery of messages and program information.
Support the preparation of presentations, briefs, and talking points for leadership.
Assist with planning and executing communication strategies for new initiatives, programs, and organizational goals.
Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and clarity.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to craft structured, concise, and professional messaging.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in content creation, editing, and communication planning.
