Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail sales and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they receive the assistance they need while promoting our products effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and sell appropriate products.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and assist in merchadising the store effectively.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize basic math skills to handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.

Skills

  • Using a tablet/iPad/computer in creating invoices and financing applications
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Ability to supervise others and provide guidance when necessary.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
  • Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
  • A proactive approach to stocking shelves and maintaining an organized shopping environment.
