Liquid Measurement/Field Technician

Certified Calibrations is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Liquid Measurement Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately measuring, recording, and verifying liquid volumes used or produced in our operations. You'll work closely with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure precise documentation and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate measurement, calibration, and verification of liquid quantities in tanks, pipelines, and containers.
  • Operate and maintain flow meters, gauges, sampling devices, and other measurement tools.
  • Record data and maintain logs in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot measurement systems to ensure proper function.
  • Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve discrepancies in measurement data.
  • Prepare reports on measurement accuracy, variances, and operational performance

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in liquid measurement, metering, or calibration (oil & gas, chemical, or food industry experience is preferred).
  • Strong math and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with measurement instruments, flow meters, and data logging systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in outdoor or industrial environments.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • CDL license
  • Pass Background and Drug Screen
