Start Time: Must be on the dock by 5:00 AM

Hours: 8–10 hours per day, depending on route completion

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

Pay

  • Delivery Techs: $160–$200 daily (salary-based)
  • Helpers: $100–$150 daily (salary-based)

About the Role

MOG Transportation is seeking experienced, customer-focused professionals to join our White Glove Delivery and Installation Team.

You'll play a key role in providing premium final-mile delivery and installation services, ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and lasting positive impressions.

This position is ideal for individuals with experience in furniture, appliance, or gym equipment delivery and installation who take pride in craftsmanship, teamwork, and top-tier customer care.

Responsibilities

  • Operate company vehicles to complete safe, on-time deliveries and installations.
  • Professionally deliver, install, and assemblefurniture, appliances, and gym equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Load and unload goods carefully to prevent damage.
  • Keep vehicle and workspace clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily routes efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Required: Experience delivering and installing furniture, appliances, or gym equipment.
  • Preferred: Gym equipment installation experience (training provided).
  • Strong background in customer service and client-facing professionalism.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
  • Must pass background and drug screening prior to hire.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to report to the dock by 5:00 AM Monday–Saturday.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required.
