A Brief Overview
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the recruitment strategy and enhancing the talent pipeline for our organization. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the talent landscape, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to attract top talent both internally and externally. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies that bring in a diverse talent pool, managing full-cycle recruitment processes, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will leverage data-driven insights to refine recruitment practices, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while promoting our employer brand.

What You'll Do
- Candidate Experience: Manage the full-cycle candidate journey (including all administrative tasks), ensuring an inclusive and welcoming experience from application through onboarding, while partnering with necessary departments to ensure a seamless first day for new hires.
- Candidate Sourcing & Pipelines: Utilize creative sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS, job boards) to identify a diverse candidate pool of talent and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Business Partnership: Act as an advisor with hiring managers through the recruitment cycle, educating them on hiring best practices and techniques, DE&I considerations, and legally compliant selection criteria.
- Job Description Management: Work with managers to ensure updated and compelling job descriptions for available for every position and maintained within our job description management platform.
- Recruitment Process Improvement: Continuously improve recruitment processes and approaches holistically across Hiring Managers, the HR department, our ATS, and other touchpoints.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance of all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection including ensuring candidates and applicants are properly tracked, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Support and implement corporate Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
- Recruiting Events: Organize and participate in diverse recruiting events, meet-ups and speaking sessions to develop our employer brand presence, while building relationships with local colleges and universities.

How You'll Be Successful
- Has a deep knowledge of modern and effective recruitment techniques and methods.
- Familiarity with industry talent trends and labor market dynamics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders across the organization.
- Proficiency with leveraging applicant tracking systems (ATS) to their full capability.
- Capacity to identify challenges in the recruitment process and develop creative solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including HR, marketing, and leadership.
- Has an understanding and appreciation of diverse cultural backgrounds and perspectives, enhancing the recruitment process.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations affecting recruitment and hiring practices.
- Demonstrates self-awareness, a constant growth mindset, and a collaborative approach.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or an equivalent combination of training, experience and education. required
- 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and full cycle recruiting experience required (internal wholesale and retail recruiting a plus) required
- Computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required and
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors ATS considered a plus) required
SALARY / PAY RANGE:
Mid: $75,000 Max: $85,000
