Pay: $25.00/hr

Schedule: 

Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (5 shifts for 40 hours per week)

General Requirements:

-Attention to detail, vigilance, and a commitment to compliance are essential in this critical role

-At least 21 years old

-Strong customer service skills and professionalism

-Quick judgment and ability to safely and swiftly de-escalate situations

-Prior experience (at least 2 years) in a security role

-Experience in supervisory roles preferred, especially in security or related fields

-Experience in customer service roles preferred


-Ability to obtain Vermont Guard Card (includes a $40 application fee) - we will assist you in applying for this upon accepting an offer of employment


-Walking/standing for long periods of time

-Willingness to be outside in all types of weather for patrolling purposes


-Valid driver's license and CLEAN driving record

-Comfortable operating a company vehicle during mobile patrols

-Team management

-Emphasis on maintaining and improving client relations

-Regular patrols of facilities, both on foot and using a vehicle

-Ensuring adherence to proper procedures, including reporting practices, camera monitoring, emergency response, and de-escalation techniques
