Operations Specialist
Our growing client is seeking an Operations Specialist. This position will work onsite 5 days a week. Any prior legal and/or professional services experience is required.

Role will involve the following:

  • Assist Operations team with firmwide initiatives, policies, and procedures; coordinate admin workflows; track metrics and resources for executive reports; support process and technology improvements.
  • Support cross-functional projects like expansions, tech upgrades, and automation; manage timelines, deliverables, and docs with leads; identify efficiencies.
  • Handle Operations budgeting, expenses, and invoices; coordinate vendors for delivery; support RFPs and evaluations.
  • Maintain vendor inventory including contracts, renewals, and SLAs; resolve user-vendor issues such as troubleshooting, access, and updates; monitor and escalate performance plus alternatives; prep negotiations with quotes, trends, and costs.
  • Update operations databases, checklists, and dashboards; support systems for facilities, workflow, SharePoint, Teams, and ; ensure policy, cyber, and confidentiality compliance.
  • Prepare agendas, summaries, and reports for leadership; manage onboarding operations for new employees.
