What You'll Do

  • Provide compassionate nursing care to residents
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Monitor residents and report changes to the care team
  • Communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
  • Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and leadership for quality care

What We're Looking For

  • Current LPN license in the state of PA
  • CPR certification (or willingness to get certified)
  • Previous experience in long-term care is a plus, but not required
  • A positive attitude and a caring heart
  • Dependability and a team-first mindset
