State of Location:

Position Summary
At Ivy, our mission is to inspire and enable people (of all ages) to live life to the fullest - and that starts with a clear, consistent, and compassionate brand experience. As our Temporary Brand Transition Program Manager, you'll lead the marketing side of clinic rebrands, helping legacy clinics transition into the Ivy brand across both our orthopedic and pediatric service lines.

You'll be responsible for managing marketing timelines, aligning messaging, and ensuring every patient- and teammate-facing touchpoint reflects who we are. From website and GMB updates to referral and internal communications, you'll keep all the moving pieces in sync - and help new teams feel supported every step of the way.

NOTE: This is a temporary position expected to last for a one-year assignment. This role focuses solely on the marketing-led brand transition process and does not oversee operational or clinical integration. While the current focus is on legacy clinic rebrands, the position is expected to evolve over time as that work concludes.

Join Ivy Rehab's dedicated team where you're not just an employee, but a valued teammate Together, we provide world-class care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. Our culture promotes authenticity, inclusion, growth, community, and a passion for exceptional care for every patient.

Job Description
What You'll Do
:

  • Lead all marketing components of clinic brand transitions across ortho and peds
  • Build project timelines and communication plans in partnership with teams across MarComm, Digital, Referral Marketing, and Operations
  • Evaluate existing partner brand presence and marketing activity to develop strategic transition plans – including recommendations for timing, messaging, and asset updates across digital channels, referral outreach, and local marketing
  • Own updates to key marketing channels and tools, including:

  • Google Business Profiles (GMB)
  • Social media and directory listings
  • Marketing materials (flyers, rack cards, etc.)

  • Tailor messaging and materials to reflect each brand's voice and audience (orthopedic or pediatric)

  • Collaborate with design teams on any custom materials needed during the transition
  • Keep detailed project trackers and proactively manage timelines and handoffs
  • Support post-transition audits to ensure brand consistency and follow-through
  • Monitor clinic performance during and after brand transitions to ensure marketing momentum is sustained, flagging any risks or gaps early in collaboration with internal teams
  • Suggest ways to improve and streamline the rebrand process for future clinics

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or program/project management
  • Experience leading brand transitions or rebrands, especially in healthcare or multi-site organizations
  • Strong organizational and project management skills—you keep things moving and people aligned
  • Excellent communication skills—you can simplify complex updates and build strong relationships
  • Comfort navigating multiple priorities across teams with different needs and timelines
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), GMB, and tools like Brandfolder or project management software (e.g., Smartsheet)
  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset—you stay calm under pressure and keep others grounded
  • Bonus: Experience working with both pediatric and adult healthcare audiences
