Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Provide exceptional customer support and client services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions
  • Perform data entry accurately to maintain up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Assist clients with account information, service details, and general questions via phone, email, or chat
  • Support sales initiatives by promoting services and products where appropriate
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities when necessary with accuracy and integrity
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and computer skills to document interactions and generate reports
  • Analyze customer feedback and call data to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery
  • Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced call center environment

Qualifications

  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities, with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Previous experience in call center settings, customer service, or client support roles is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
  • Ability to handle data entry tasks efficiently with high accuracy
  • Experience with outbound calling and analysis skills is advantageous
  • Capable of managing cash handling responsibilities responsibly when required
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in typing and documentation tasks
