Full-time Day Shift position, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Applies a basic understanding in the operation and maintenance of machines and tools utilized in the manufacturing environment. Knows primary position/job well and understands customer/supplier relationships.
  • Measures work pieces to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Positions, produces, and fastens parts in specified relationship to each other per the manufacturing schedule. Produces work that conforms to customer specifications and customer standards understanding the importance of doing it right the first time before passing it on. Refers to blueprints, technical drawings, and other written directions.
  • Maintains a clean and safe workstation, maintains and wears all required personal protective safety equipment.
  • Works at different workstations as production needs require or shifts from one station to another. Able to promptly produce quality work that satisfies customer requirements.
  • Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Skills & Qualifications: High School Diploma preferred.
  • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to maintain a positive work attitude while performing assigned duties and maintain regular and predictable attendance.

The employee is occasionally required to walk and sit and frequently required to see, talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
