The IT Sr. Manager is responsible for leading the organization's information technology strategy and operations.   • IT Operations Management
  • Oversee the management, maintenance, and security of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.

  • Develop and enforce IT security policies and disaster recovery plans.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in IT strategy, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing, enterprise systems, networking, and IT governance.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  • CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
  • ITIL 4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader
  • Microsoft 365 Certified
  • Microsoft Azure Certified
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
