Location: Seattle, Washington
The People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all administrative functions of the People & Culture team while providing excellent customer service to our internal and internal guests. The P&C Coordinator will also provide support to other departments within the Seattle Support Center as needed.
This is a highly administrative position, based at our Seattle downtown office that will report to the VP of People & Culture and support business leaders at all levels, have a strong solution-orientation and thrive in a fast paced, but amazingly rewarding, fun environment. What you'll do:
The Brass Tacks:

  • Perform administrative tasks on a daily basis
  • Respond to team members' voicemails and emails on a timely fashion
  • Manage unemployment claim platform. Responds to unemployment claims as needed
  • Responsible for supporting onboarding activities for new team members at the Seattle Support Center (corporate office)
  • Draft communication materials as requested by P&C leadership
  • Assist setting up meetings and appointments for P&C leadership
  • Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reports for P&C and other departments within the company
  • Support legal compliance initiatives and maintain appropriate records
  • Conduct data analysis and recommend actions to take to achieve goals
  • Provide guidance and consultation to departments on appropriate P&C practices
  • Manage assigned projects from beginning to completion
  • Responsible for managing background check and I-9 systems
  • Assist with team member engagement surveys
  • Act as point of contact for admin tasks related to our HRIS (Dayforce)
  • Responsible for updating People & Culture internal communication platforms
  • Provide support to all functions within the department and the Seattle Support Center
  • Support benefits administration with billing and communication
  • This role is expected to be in the office in downtown Seattle 5 days per week
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Pursuant of a career in Human Resources
  • Working knowledge of all applicable laws, codes, and regulations
  • Works well in both team oriented and autonomous environments
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, integrity and professionalism in all transactions, including communicating and working with confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to produce high quality work, be flexible, prioritize business demands, anticipate needs, be proactive, and take initiative
