We're a locally owned menswear and tuxedo rental company serving the Greater Cincinnati area with multiple convenient locations. Our team is passionate about helping our customers look and feel their best—whether it's for a wedding, prom, black-tie event, or everyday business wear.

Position Overview

We're looking for an energetic, people-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help customers find the perfect look, guide them through the tuxedo rental or purchase process, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting suits, tuxedos, and accessories for rental or purchase.
  • Measure customers for proper fit and ensure accuracy in orders and alterations.
  • Provide styling advice and product knowledge to create the perfect look for each occasion.
  • Process sales and rentals through our POS system accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
  • Support fitting appointments, pick-ups, and returns with attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.

  • A positive, outgoing personality and a genuine interest in helping people.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A willingness to learn about menswear, tailoring, and formalwear trends.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule—including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred (but not required).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
