What You'll Do

  • Supervise and support Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and, when applicable, Treatment Therapists
  • Conduct assessments, develop and monitor data-driven ABA treatment plans
  • Provide caregiver support and team collaboration
  • Maintain a balanced caseload focused on quality outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or exam-eligible within 2 months
  • Experience in ABA program development and implementation (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care
