Asset Management Associate

Location: Miami

Meraki Talent is working with a growing investment management firm to appoint an Asset Management Associate to their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic platform with a diverse portfolio of assets and a strong track record of value creation.

The Role

The Asset Management Associate will play a key role in the ongoing management and optimization of a multi-asset portfolio. This individual will be responsible for financial oversight, operational execution, and strategic analysis across multiple properties and projects, ensuring that each asset performs in line with business plans and investor expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the performance of multiple assets, ensuring financial and operational objectives are met.
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned assets.
  • Track and manage CapEx deployment and key project initiatives.
  • Lead investor reporting and prepare ad hoc analyses to support portfolio decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive value creation across the portfolio.

Background and Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in asset management, real estate investment, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing multiple assets or projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with property management and reporting systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
