Responsibilities:

As a Detail Specialist, you will:

  • Walk each property and identify small details that make a big difference.
  • Wipe, polish, dust, vacuum, and perfect every surface so the space feels brand new.
  • Ensure every room looks photo-ready and welcoming.
  • Follow property checklists and communicate with your team to ensure consistent results.
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • A keen eye for detail and pride in your work.
  • Experience in residential or commercial cleaning (preferred, but we'll train the right person).
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina for bending, lifting, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.
  • Positive attitude and dedication to delivering luxury results.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between client locations across King, Pierce, and Kitsap Counties.
