We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our talented team of strong manual based therapists that also create individualized exercise programs for our active patient population. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and a deep understanding of physical therapy practices. This role involves working with highly motivated and active patients. You will play a crucial role in helping patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their overall quality of life.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and discharge planning.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.

Experience

  • A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred and a strong mentorship program is available.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $41.02 per hour
