Compensation: $75,000 annually (base + commission)

At Auto-Chlor System, we support restaurants and hospitality businesses with dependable dishwashing equipment, cleaning solutions, and exceptional service. As a Route Supervisor, you'll work alongside your team to ensure customers receive top-quality service while driving performance, safety, and results.

You'll spend most of your day in the field, coaching Route Service Representatives (SSRs), solving problems, and ensuring smooth operations. This role is ideal for someone who can lead by example.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a set customer route across the Cincinnati area.
  • Deliver high-quality, reliable service that keeps customers' operations running smoothly.
  • Build relationships that drive loyalty, referrals, and sales growth.
  • Model safety compliance and ensure proper handling of all equipment and products.
  • Mentor and train others, setting the tone for service excellence.
  • Troubleshoot, install, and maintain commercial dish machines and cleaning systems

What You Bring

  • Prior supervisory, lead, or training experience.
  • Strong background in customer service and sales with proven results.
  • Mechanical or technical aptitude, you like learning how things work.
  • Accountability, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

What You'll Gain
