Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the frontline of our financial technology organization—supporting merchants, agents, and channel partners across a suite of payment technologies. You'll manage servicing tickets, assist with onboarding, and ensure smooth operations for our clients using virtual terminals, invoicing tools, point of sale and integrated APIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support merchants, agents, and channel partners
  • Assist with onboarding and platform setup
  • Troubleshoot payment and integration issues

Key Payment Products

  • ACH, card, and check processing tools
  • Virtual terminals, invoicing, and APIs
  • CRM and risk management dashboards

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in customer support (payments or SaaS related)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with merchant onboarding or payment platforms
