Melfi's was voted Best Pizza in Charleston by Eater after only 3months of service and has also been named one of Southern Living's Best New Restaurants in the South.

We are looking for a server assistant to join our team. We serve a menu of seasonal Italian food, fresh pasta, a variety of small plates, and our Roman style thin-crust pizza.

The ideal candidate will be very service and detail oriented, with an interest in wine service, food, cocktails, beer, and all things Italian. While previous restaurant experience is not required, it is preferred. We are looking for someone who has been working in restaurants and is interested in working amongst a group of professionals in a sophisticated dining room where service is polished but warm and familiar - someone who enjoys fine dining steps of service, and is looking to continue their growth by learning as much as possible, whenever possible. Above all, personality and work ethic are key.

We are a growing group with four restaurants and a variety of different opportunities within them. Do well in this position and the potential for growth will come to you with ease.

Job Type: Part-time
